These bench scrapers are excellent. The stainless steel feels sturdy and well made, and they work perfectly for cutting dough, scraping surfaces, and general kitchen prep. I don’t know what I did before I had a Bench Cutter/Scrapper. I use them way more often than I expected to. In fact I dedicated one to the kitchen and the other one to cutting my cold process soaps. (It actually works much better for me than the cutter that was sold specifically as a soap cutter.) It really is a time saver and cuts well. I also appreciate the value of being able to buy a pack of two instead of buying two separately.
