Bought this watch in 2018, even got the warranty which I never do.Thanks goodness I did, just recently it stop working all of a sudden. If I didn’t wear it a few days it would stop working, which is completely normal for this watch, it is a wind up watch..... anyway... I wound it up just like I always did, every morning and set it like always and put it in and off to work I went..... I later realized that the time was set for when I set it that morning, at first I thought maybe did I wind it when I set it🤔🤔🤔🤔So I wound and set again but paid attention this time. It wouldn’t work.🤔🤔I contacted the warranty customer service, which were by the way.......👍awesome, they sent shipping label via email for easy printing, and form for information about the watch and like and idiot I forget to even put it in the package when I sent it🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️Nevertheless aQuick response:However not the response I wanted to hear. I was under the impression that they could fix the watch, only to find out the parts are no longer available 😢😢😢. Really, out of all the watches in the world mine can’t be fixed😢😢 parts are no longer available 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Come on #FOSSIL REALLY🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️Anyway, I am being reimbursed towards another watch but I can’t find another watch like it😢 or one I like yet😐😐One has memories with that watch and I will never see it again😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 so 😞 💔💔💔💔

The watch looks chic, it's durable. It's a good value for the price. Really like it.
