Hip & Joint Supplement for Dogs with Glucosamine, 90 Soft Chews

READ THIS REVIEW!! I was looking for a supplement for my 55lb mutt because she has elbow dysplasia and the vet was charging WAY too much for theirs and she wouldn’t take them. I have to still hide these in a bit of cheese or a piece of sandwich meat, but after 5-6 weeks, I noticed a big change. I honestly had no hope in any supplement but after trying this one her limp is pretty much gone! She is only 1.5 years old so I needed to find something affordable but still good for her belly and for her joints! I have not noticed any side effects with her, no tummy issues either even if taken on an empty stomach. The only bad thing about them is the fact she won’t eat them as is but I don’t mind giving her some turkey or cheese each day to make her feel better. Overall we love this product and are definitely going to try other products from FERA Pets!

I honestly can't say enough good things about the Fera Pets Hip and Joint Chews. My Labrador is eight years old and had started to slow down a bit. Getting up after a nap was a bit of a struggle, and her daily walk was becoming more tiring for her. I knew I needed to do something, so after seeing the impressive, vet-formulated ingredient list (especially the organic turmeric and green-lipped mussel), and already being a user of Fera Pet's other products, I decided to give these a try. ​Within about two weeks, the difference was remarkable. She's not exactly a puppy again, but her mobility is so much better. She gets up with less stiffness and has a little bounce back in her step on our walks. ​The best part? She absolutely loves the taste and always comes running when I ask her if she wants her "chews". ​If you have an older or a large breed dog that could use joint support, do yourself and your dog a favor and try Fera Pets; they are a great company with high quality products!

I think this has helped our 12yo rescue Schnauzer. He couldn’t walk more than a block with being sore and ready to sleep. He will walk a mile 2 a day now. He’s not in pain like before. We also changed his diet. So it could be a combination of the two.

It is really helping my old girl she is moving easier than she has been. Really like that she is able to climb the stairs more easily

We have been using the Fera Pet vitamins for our dogs for a couple of years and feel that they have been a benefit to them.

Only able to get my old dog to take 2 of these pills, she hated them and had to stop trying to get her to take them as the 2 I gave her on2 different days gave her severe diarrhea that lasted for another 3 days. To top it off I have set up auto shop with subscription, forgot I had done that bandsaw it too late to cancel order and it could not be returned so between the 2 orders I am out almost 80$. It would be nice if the sign saying non returnable was in larger print in the ad.

Our 9 3/4 yr old black lab is getting these daily. I believe it helps. She has had 2 ACL surgeries when she was 8 (each leg) and we were told that arthritis has started. She obviously doesn’t run like she used to but still tries to keep up to other dogs. Regrets it later though. She gets 4 chewables a day. I believe it’s a great product.

I’ve tried many joint supplements for my 10 year old beagle who was struggling to even make it up steps. He was born with knee issues and tumbled from our bed and hurt his back a few years ago. It took about a month to really see and notice he was moving better and a couple months to see him bunny hopping up the stairs with no hesitation. Taste-I have to take a star off because I have to hide them in his food. That said, I’ve had others that he’d refuse his entire bowl of food once they were crumbled in it. He’s a beagle and will eat just about anything but there’s something that beagle nose detects that he just doesn’t like. Our pitty won’t take them at all but she’s finicky. Overall, crumbled in food and remarkable results. I was getting to the point where I thought I was going to have to carry him up and down the stairs but I think as long as he continues with these, he’ll be motoring under his own steam for awhile yet! Price? A lot cheaper than any of the pain relievers I got from his vet that did little but mask the pain, so I’ll call them a bargain. And unlike many, once you reach maintenance dosage-they last forever!

So far so good -- my dog thinks they are treats and that is great. Hopefully it continues as he has a history of eventually viewing his joint supplements as medicine and he'll refuse to eat them - this is not on the company though. It is too early to know if they are working for his joints etc., though with the same or similar ingredients as the ones he's been on, I'm confident that all will continue to work well. The first jar we had (a 30 count) finished with next to no crumbs and no broken ones so hopefully this holds for the current, larger jar. In short, my dog eats them and thinks they are a treat and that's the key point because he needs to take them - and that gets my approval. Two paws up.

Well it's difficult to rate a purchase like this. My 3 year old labrador retriever has no problem taking it, she thinks it's a treat. But the only review I could give would be some years from now. She shows no signs of any hip issues, but I decide to be proactive. I wrote to the company and asked if this was a good idea and they said absolutely. So check back with me in a couple of years and I'll let you know how it works. 😊👍

My dog is 23lb, so I gave him 1 piece a day. He loved the taste of it. Unfortunately, he started vomiting on day 2, so I had to stop feeding him this. I really was hoping this to work as he is limping quite a bit. The price was quite expensive as well, so I feel pretty sad about this purchase. Updated review: the seller emailed me and gave me a full refund. i didn't expect that. thanks for being so proactive. Hope this product works for other dogs. Cheers,
