Can this product be painted to match surrounding pavers?

You probably could, but I don't think it's worth the trouble. They do also come in black. If you decide to go the paint route, it would have to be an exterior paint and also be compatible with PVC. It would have to be a light coat or sprayed on and the added thickness could compromise the effectiveness of the grate. It's a detail job if you don't want it to look sloppy. For using it with pavers, I would get the black one and move on.

I have a 6" id drain pipe. will this fit inside the 6" inside diameter pipe that i have?
