Is this so a left handed person can learn on a regular ukulele? Or is good to use with a left handed ukulele?

If you hold the ukulele so that you play the frets with the fingers on your right hand, it is strung top to bottom GCEA. A right handed person plays the frets with the fingers on their left hand, and it is also strung top to bottom GCEA. In other words, a left handed ukulele is a mirror-image of a right handed instrument. This is so that both right and left handers can use the same stringing and chord charts. So, if you try to play a right handed ukulele with your right hand on the frets, the strings will be upside down - top to bottom AECG, making it very difficult to learn.
