Can these be worn all day? Does it shift or twist?

It doesn't shift or twist. It's a good product. I would recommend also buying ice packs with straps long enough to wrap around the outside of the night splint. You can't walk in the night splint. It can be worn seated or lying down. It can be worn all day, if you don't go anywhere.
