Will these work with a high instep?

For me they fit great. I have had trouble before with my high instep these are pliable and comfortable.

I currently have a pair that are 11 M. Would that be an 11 or 11 W?

An 11m means it’s a size 11 medium width. The W means it’s wide width for wide feet
