Nice option for Nespresso. Flavor is very mild compared to coffee shops.

It's not even really tea, it's mostly sugar, and some kind of artificial creamer mixed with flavors. If you want this kind of product (which is a perfectly fine product, if you like that kind of thing) there is no need to purchase it in pod form to put in a machine, you can just pour the contents in a cup of hot water.

Great chai flavor! Rich and not too sweet. Works well in my nespresso machine. Shipping was fast and it came without defects. A huge plus is that everything is compostable and biodegradable. Will definitely buy again to have an easy way to make chai in the mornings!

1- 2 out of 10 capsules were damaged before going into the bag, and couldn't be used. (One had paper lid torn, other had the edge cracked off) 2- the bag opening mechanism/tear strip was COMPLETELY useless, the end tore off without opening anything. 3- the chai taste is good, though it should be stronger. Altogether, a fail. Would not order again.

This chai is the perfect warm drink for a cool fall day. I enjoyed mine with oatmilk, but I'm sure it would taste wonderful with other milks too. The flavors were strong and bold, and not too overpowering. It also had the right amount of sweetness to my liking. The packaging is simple, classy, and simple to store.

The plastic material that the capsules are made from is too hard. After a handful of cycles, I noticed that the machine had begun to crush the backs of all standard Nespresso-style pods and was frequently failing to extract coffee from them. After hand-puncturing pods for a while, I decided to disassemble the machine. I discovered that each of the three metal points on the puncturing head inside the machine's "breach" had been curled inward like wilted flower petals. Fortunately, this machine's puncture head was held in with a screw and I was able to remove, straighten, and reinstall it. The machine works normally again, but would have gone into the trash if I hadn't had the means to repair it myself. Not sure what I'm going to do with the assortment of pods that I still have from this maker, but they are certainly not going into my coffee maker again.
