I can't wax too prosaic about something like this... It does what it says it does. Comfy for long practice, I haven't had any issues with it. Made a notable difference with how long I could play without having to rest my thumb.

I’ma professional oboist and have developed a callous on my right thumb despite using a very popular brand of rubber thumbs rest. This one is made of far softer rubber and is much wider which spreads the weight of the instrument over a wider area and my callous has already started to shrink. Highly recommended!
