Do too still need to spray with water id they are out side?

How can i request a replacement on 3 plants? They arrived damaged and it’s clear now I cannot save them unfortunately

What do I do when they first arrive? I don't know how long it has been since they were watered yet I don't want to over water them?

Mine were beautiful when they arrived. I was very pleased with all of them. I placed mine in a small dish with water, roots down, for about 20 minutes. I shook the excess water off and laid them on paper towels for about 30 minutes. They did beautifully. Good Luck!

Air plants grow very slowly. They take in water through their leaves and have no roots. I put them into a bowl of water upside down for about an hour about every 7-10 days. They don’t like direct sunlight. They do bloom and produce a new little growth.
