I’ve tried other brand D3 formulas and they make my stomach upset. This one doesn’t. Did you know the recommendation use to be 2,000-4,000 mg daily but now it’s Been re-established that we really need 4,000 to 10,000 mg daily. If you don’t get enough sun and stay indoors a lot ask tour Doctor how many mg you should be having. Vitamin D3 also helps with chronic pain, nerve repair and helps digestion. Many more benefits.
