read in less than an hour. Have read full version also and this captures the high points in a much quicker version. Only missing the stories to flesh out the concepts but all of the info is there. A definite read for executives.

This book hits home with trust and is perfectly organized. A fast read but quality material.

The gist of the book is very neatly summarized. The summary contains the most important points and is great as a 'working' document. I love reading and don't mind reading thick books with many pages, but this book summary is even ideal for people who don't like reading that much.

If you don't have time to read the book, this is a great alternative. I like what he says about trust, just wish it were required reading and practice in more companies!
