What is the best flavor?

I really liked the Strawberry-Lime, it reminds me of a slushy as well. You will have to swirl it around the bottle as it has some sediment type stuff that may settle if left undisturbed. Still good though.Edit to add, there is another Amino from the same company the PRO version, has more aminos and no stimulants, only comes in 2 flavors though, not the same as these.

Do you take this instead of muscletech whey for example.

Muscletech whey is a protein. Amino Energy doesn't contain protein, it's used for an energy boost pre, during or post workout. So you'd use them in conjunction with each other.

Is this good for tennis game?

This is great for any workout activity including tennis. It will help with the needed aminos to fuel you during the workout in addition to the caffeine kick. I also sip on a little bit of it during the workout. I play tennis competitively and this helps because it reminds you to stay hydrated before your workouts/matches.
