Mugwort (genus Artemesia) is an aromatic flowering plant with species found in Asia, Europe, and North America. It has been used for centuries in food, medicine, and spiritual practices. Mugwort’s aroma can vary, but it does have a peppery, earthy, herby scent.Burn mugwort during meditation, yoga, or other practices to encourage relaxation, deep thoughts, and spiritual clarity.Popular in Europe, Mugwort is known as the “dream weed” and is said to have the unique ability to stimulate dreams, visualizations and divinations. At Alternative Imagination we strive to be eco-conscious and culturally-conscious. As with our other incenses, this mugwort is grown and harvested by small family-owned farms, never from public lands. Burning Instructions:- Hold the Mugwort Bundle over an open flame, tilting the end down at 45-degree angle. - Once lit, let the stick burn visibly for approximately 20 seconds, relighting as necessary.- Blow out the flame and allow it to smolder.- If the bundle is difficult to light we recommend untying the string and unraveling it a little bit.
