Simple & lovely...
I don't usually write reviews, but this is a beautiful piece of furniture. It takes time to assemble, but it's not difficult. Well made & worth the price.

Amazing!
I love the quality and the stability of it. Love that it has the drop leaf. Being able to put it up when needed but also put it down when you need more space in that area to walk around. The wheels work great and perfect so it’s easily moved to other areas of the house if needed for a part. The assembly was okay, took my husband about 2-2.5 hours. Could have been easier but it was fine. The design is pretty too. The wood on top seems to be off nice quality had a good feeling to it not just like a cheap block of wood. Having a spice rack and towel rack is nice too. Lots of space but also doesn’t take up a ton of room in your kitchen! Would recommend!

Pretty nice for the price!
It’s not the most amazing quality ever but for the price it’s pretty great. Took a while to put together, but definitely worth it! The hinges on the countertop that folds down are really good quality. It’s also pretty sturdy when it’s fully out! The shelf in the middle is a little wobbly. Otherwise the storage inside and in the drawers is great. Super happy with it for the price.

Great addition to our kitchen
Great addition to our kitchen. We never added the side bar or the shelf, because we knew we were not going to use them and that made it fit even better. We have our double air fryer on top of it. There is a lot of room inside, especially because you can choose where to put the shelves. We have a kitchen aid mixer and a griddle in the bottom and a vacuum sealer and an ice cream maker on the top shelf. The top part, it has a foldable leaf in the back that can make the usable surface bigger. It is easy to move around with the rollers, which makes cleaning much easier too.It was easy to put together, with easy to follow instructions.Really nice island.

Love the Item, Hate Assembly!!!
I love the item but the process of putting it together may drive you insane. Mine is still sitting in my dining area almost done. I had 3 people working on it and none of us are idiots. The instructions are nothing more than pictures. All I can say is prepare mentally before you start. Or better yet, hire someone to do it.

I would never buy it again
I do enjoy how handy this cart is in my kitchen, but it is not as good as expected. There is a lot of storage in the cart, but the top drawer does not open and close smoothly. The cabinet doors below do not meet cleanly as shown in the site photo. There is a space, as others have noted. The wheels aren't great, and it is not that easy to move once you put your supplies inside it. We can't use the drop leaf because one of the springs is damaged and falls off the hinge. We requested a replacement part four weeks ago and have not received it. I don't think this cart will last very long, and I wish I had spent a little more money on a better piece of furniture. I bought this design specifically for the drop-leaf and I can't use it because of the damaged spring. I may never get to use it. It has been frustrating dealing with customer service.UPDATE: I did receive a replacement cart, which features some good design improvements. The drop leaf piece now has a trigger mechanism underneath which makes it easy to put the drop leaf down. So, the cart I have now is very functional. With this major improvement and a few others, this cart is a decent value for the money. It was also much easier to assemble, thanks to improved instructions and part labeling. It took only two hours to put together as opposed to nearly four maddening hours with the first cart.

Great quality
Sturdy and beautiful. Super easy to build. I don’t chop on it, I still use a cutting board. But it is such a lifesaver for my lack of counter space. I love that you can bring up that extra flap for even more counter space- and it can hold a lot of weight even though it’s hanging. Rolls easy. Holds a lot inside too! (Just nothing too tall, like a blender still on its base)

Very nice, but be prepared....
Review not written by a bot. How do you know? Because of the following:Peanut Butter. This island is pretty sturdy, and very useful in the kitchen. It is small enough to walk around it, yet it also has wheels so it may be moved easily. The leaf is VERY useful when entertaining, as the island may be moved to a side and food placed on it like a buffet. The arms are strong, so some pretty heavy dishes may be placed on the leaf. Now, the negatives:The arms which hold the leaf (at least on my model) seem to have been 'flexed'. After assembly, the leaf would not lie flat against the side of the island. On close inspection, the arms seem to have been bent or flexed so one side had ample space, and the opposite side had part of the arm interfering with closure, so it would not lie flat. Had to brace the island against a wall/cabinet and then push the leaf sideways in order to get the arms to function correctly. Minor correction, but be ready for it. Tried to get photos of the hinges which show space on the right side, and no space on the left side. Other photo shows how the leaf does not lay flat. The other is the drilled holes for the door hinges. Mine were not correctly placed, so the hinge side of the door protrudes from what should be a flat surface (upper drawer, side of island, and platform). Was able to adjust the handle sides of the doors to nearly close, but the island does look unusual because the hinge side of the door sticks out. I would drill it out, but it is particle board, and the hole would be too close to the existing hole, so would weaken the side panel. Photo shows the door not being flush with the rest of the cabinet.
