Excellent with one exception.
I found this brace to be excellent and lightweight with one exception. The lightweight material tends to roll up on it if you do a lot of sitting while wearing it. It is made to be used while standing and moving about. Though it is lightweight I found it to be the brace that gives the most support through its tightening system. I found the MUELLER Lumbar Back Brace to be the best for sitting or sleeping. I would recommend both.

good lower back support for pain due to spondylothesis/anterolisthesis/herniated disk at the L4/L5
works great... insta support as soon as i put it on... some random thoughts: * don't go by pant size... make sure to measure around your belly & back... and measure over clothes if that is your intention of how you're going to wear this brace * steps to put on... it's like a velcro belt (kinda like a weight lifting belt but with velcro) * then there is a single ring connected to the tightening pulley system... you can pull to tighten with your left hand or right hand... it too has a velcro section that you use to pull across my belly and secure * once all tightened it gives pretty good back relief (vs. me having to tighten my core all the time to relieve pressure) * i'm a bit overweight, so there's some flab oozing over the edges... i can see if i was very overweight, that it would cut into my skin... but this seems easily remedied by adding some layers of clothes beneeath (good reminder i need to stop eating crap, and loose some weight!) * if i pull too tight, it does restrict my breating a bit... (now i know how the women in the 1800's felt wearing a corset). overall a great product, i'm glad i bought it... i just hope i don't have to wear it for long... (doing PT, etc... to manage my lower back pain - from spondylothesis/herniated disk)
