overheats due to poor quality input/output terminals
This type of breakers uses an inferior wire clamping system. The wire to terminal overheats so much that the thermal cutoff activates which disconnects the solar system. I am using #12 copper stranded with a max of 15 amps full Sun. The breaker enclosure is real hot to the touch around the terminal areas. The 25 amp breaker rating would never support 25 amps when it blows at 15 due to high temps. Investigation showed severe contact scorching and burns to the plastic surround. I am going to put some Noalox Anti-Oxidant on the wires then reseat into the clamp connection. KEEP AN EYE on this breaker and keep the screw terminals snugged up tight.

Good breaker, good price
This breaker works well, but I found that the terminals did not have enough grip. Be sure to tighten the screws quite tight.
