Got these to help relieve discomfort when breastfeeding due to blocked ducts/sore nipples. Good size and works well warm or cold compresses. Fabric cover is really soft and comfortable against the skin.

Probably okay to put in a cooler to keep items cool but if your using to keep on your body then they don't last long at all. I wouldn't suggest these to use when training but useful for certain things.

I like the size that fits in my hand as I am using the pads to reduce the pain and swelling in my fingers.

Good size but don't hold their temperature for very long. Need to swap constantly.

Un producto muy bueno, buena calidad. Los geles se enfrían/congelan muy rápidamente y siempre tengo algunos de reserva. A mí me han servido para muchas cosas: en el tobillo que a veces tengo inflamación y dolor, se puede poner entre el calcetín y la piel y hace buen efecto. También me ha sido muy útil para una recuperación de una reconstrucción nasal, en la cual he tenido que desinflamar más que todo la cara, por la técnica empleada en la cirugía, y ha sido un alivio efectivo. El único pero que le he encontrado, pero sin demeritar el producto, es que las dos funditas pequeñas que trae para meter los geles y aplicarlos, son de una tela un poco gruesa, y eso está bien por seguridad para proteger la piel de la cara; pero para mi gusto personal, me gustaría quw fueran un poco más delgadas, para sentir un poco más el frío del gel. De todas maneras si a alguien como yo le pasa esto, se puede simplemente poner una gasa entre la piel y el gel, así se soluciona. Servicio excelente, producto entregado a tiempo.
