Good News Bible: Today's English Version

It is as advertised. Nice dark red hard cover, nice size for my aging hands & eyes. This is a 1992 printing. My original is a 1976 printing. It makes my eyes tire and struggle to follow the lines in order. From previous comments before i ordered this book, I was hoping for a larger print size, it may be only 1 point size or not, however, the lines have more white space between them which makes it easier for my eyes to read while resting on my lap. I have 3 other Versions but I always come back to The Good News For Modern Man Version for easier and quicker understanding. I'm Not a Greek, Hebrew, or Aramic scholar which is sometimes needed for understanding definitions of words used in other versions, such as KJV. I'm keeping this!

This is a great book if you have difficulty understanding the bible. It's easier to read and understand.

I love the GNT. It is very easy to understand. I like the font, spacing and the large print. I am currently using this Bible in my studies as well as a CSB Rainbow Bible. Both are helping me immensely get closer to GOD and getting me excited to further my knowledge. The Bible was delivered in perfect condition. Would recommend this to anyone who needs a clear translation.

I love this English version large print Bible! I've started reading the Bible from the beginning for the 1st time! This is soooo easy to read & understand God's teachings! I love this new Bible I purchased & recommend to everyone who is thinking of buying it!

UPDATE: they have one title exactly like my old one so it was my bad for not reading it correctly but I do wish it was the same burgundy color. It’s nice, I got this to replace the same one I got when I didn’t my sacraments so I am very attached to this type. BUT I’m disappointed because they did take out a section. My old bible has been through a lot that I don’t want to lose it so I got… what I assumed would be the same exact one. But besides that it still has the same burgundy cover

Love the big print and of course the scriptures, easy to comprehend

Die eher einfache Sprache in dieser Bibel ist besonders für Menschen, die nicht so viel Schulbildung haben oder nicht so viel lesen, eine echte Hilfe. Auch von der Stabilität her bin ich mit der Bibel sehr zufrieden.
