How do you take them off? They seem to be stuck on.

They snap onto the thin slits running along the outside of the lens casing (you can hardly see them unless really looking. They snap off when you need to remove them. Very simple design and easy to handle. Well worth it to protect your eyes from the blue light.

I Read review said " Its impossible to take it off" , is that true ?

I was able to take them off with slight twisting of lens.
