A great easy to use home exerciser
I was surprised that Mrs G took to using this home trainer as soon as it arrived and she tells me that it is so nice to work with. She gives herself about 10 mins each evening with it to help relax after work whilst also helping to get her fitter and, unlike many other exercise devices we have tried, this one is still getting used many weeks later, so it must be good.

Dont waste your money.
Delivered at 16:00. Tried for the first time 17:30. One stretchband snapped on first use. Was following through instructions and it snapped, wasnt even pulling hard as just trying it out whilst reading their stretch exercises and how to use them. Stretch bands are hollow. Returning item.

This product is brilliant, it has a little example of some exercises, it also is very lightweight and the tension bands are good for arm and chest exercises I'm really pleased, also minumum of packaging which is great and fast delivery i would recommend

Fantastica fascia elastica!
Questa fascia elastica ha un'elasticità eccezionale ed è realizzata con un materiale molto robusto. Ho acquistato altre marche di fasce elastiche in passato che erano molto più costose di questa, ma non erano comunque abbastanza robuste. Ho trovato davvero utile e pratico il manuale incluso. Mi piace molto usarla per fare esercizio fisico a casa, può allenare tante parti del corpo, super consigliata! Che cosa state ancora aspettando? Non esiste una fascia elastica con un rapporto qualità-prezzo migliore di questa!
