size was perfect replacement
excellent product, great design with a glass site area not plastic. great perfect replacement for a non-existent on for an Ingersoll-Rand compressor that is no longer available. Thanks very much.

No back nut or gasket included.
I picked this to replace the site glass in the side of an unpressurized hydraulic fluid tank. It doesn't have a threaded entry and requires a back nut and gasket. It's fine though. I can handle that with a rigid conduit locknut and some permatex. Otherwise, it appears to be a well manufactured piece that I would order again if I needed another.

I ordered 2 of these sight glasses with floating ball so I could more easily monitor oil levels in a piece of equipment I own.1 came without the ball inside and I had to return.Just hoping the replacement comes correctly
