B650-XT Bluetooth Headset

Update after 30 days started having functional issues, would turn off or volume all the way down on its own, tried doing an update, will not update, been in contact with manufacturer they acknowledge issues with firmware updates, with iPhones, keep wanting me to use an android phone to update, would not recommend until they fix the issues.Have bought several over the past few years and this is great quality in sound on both sides

Amazing product!!! My wife can hear me perfectly and doesn’t hear my truck at all. Fits great lightweight

Extremely disappointed with the BlueParrott B650-XT. It constantly disconnects or turns off in the middle of phone calls, which makes it incredibly frustrating and unreliable to use. The maximum volume is also terrible, even turned all the way up, it can still be difficult to hear.I reached out to BlueParrott customer service because I thought maybe I had received a defective headset. It has now been two weeks and I still haven’t received a response. For the price, I expected much better quality and customer support. Poor performance, poor customer service, and definitely not worth the money. Save yourself the hassle and get the BlueParrott 450 instead.

I’m use this for my truck

I think they can do better. I would get something else if I could do it over again. The side buttons should be on the out facing side so accidental pressing doesn't occur. The app and headset should work better with each other. Almost no point in having the app.

Works great. The extra features are great.

I can’t hear the audio notifications from the device, it’s very low volume. You can’t adjust it. The call volume is ok, the noise cancellation is great. Sometimes when I push to answer a call it doesn’t answer. If you tell it to answer you have to repeat it louder and louder. I’ve had many BP’s over the years. I’ve had to return them from time to time. Like I said, often you get a bad unit.

B650-XT is the model I have. The noise cancellation is terrific, that is very true. The sound quality, though, is mediocre at best. The Bluetooth connectivity with Windows 10 is pretty touchy, though that is pretty true of Windows Bluetooth support generally. The control buttons on the ear cup, though. It is quite difficult to distinguish which of the 4 buttons one is touching at any given moment, so it is easy to press the wrong button and, say, disconnect oneself while hoping one was turning up the volume. So I don’t think I would buy these again. They are almost good for the job, but not quite, and that not quite at this price point is just not good enough.

When I’m talking on the road, everyone can hear me clearly

Received item as shown and love it

Bought the 650XT for my husband who is a truck driver. Its constantly dropping calls, he has to manually reconnect all the time. Claims it has a longer connectivity range but he cant even get to the back of his truck and its dropping the call. If he leaves the truck with his phone in his pocket and without the headset he has to manually reconnect it. And thats even when he isnt out of range or gone for longer than a couple minutes.

Amazing quality specially noise canceling.i drive loudly truck and using others headset people can’t hear me but this device excellent.I recommend..

Too soon to review - but preliminary impression is that it lives up to expectations. I am upgrading from the 550 to 650, on account of the USB-C port. This feels a bit heavier than the 550, but it does not bother me when in use.550's Micro-USB port is broken and only charges if I put it in Yoga positions. I have ruled out cable and charger etc. as the root cause by trying many. I am hoping USB-C will last longer due to its design.
