Nice paracord bracelet with the goodies INSIDE
When I first received the bracelet, I was initially confused because all that I saw was the bracelet. Turns out that apparently the cool stuff that comes with the bracelet is tucked INSIDE... This was a gift for my husband and he loves it. Also, the customer service to help me with my confusion was also fantastic.

Insufficient packaging
This is a gift and it came in plain plastic wrapping with no label or information on what it is. Not every item needs that but something this complicated should at least have an insert.
