Does it fit with 4720E model ?

It’s not listed as one of the models suitable so I wouldn’t purchase it. Instead, Google replacement hose for Bissell 4720e and it should tell you what hose to buy.

Is there a part number for just the ring on the bottom?

I never saw a number for the bottom ring, only the plug on top or the entire tank

As far as I can tell, it is same machine, different packaging. This is a pain to replace unless you do it more than once in your life. Mind to get your solution feed line cut to a proper length. Don’t just connect as supplied

Does this come with the ring a the bottom of the tank?

The tank is complete with bottom gasket and top plug

Te kort en bedenkelijke kwaliteit

Slang is bijna een meter korter dan de originele. Ook sluit de slang niet goed aan waardoor de zuigkracht verloren gaat. Helaas moet ik de slang retourneren want ik heb er niks aan
