How does it hang? Does it have hangers under the fabric piece that goes on the rod, or it it velcro?

It has velcroed flap that goes over rod.

You indicate that the top shouldn’t bend because it’s not “clumsy cardboard”. We bought 2 with 2 more on the way but the top IS bending, any advice?

We are so sorry for this accident. It may be that the logistics transportation caused this top bending accident. Would you send pictures us by our email lvshi2019@outlook.com? We will resend you a new hanging closet organizer asap. Kind Regards YOUDENOVA Home Customer Service

Can you hang it on the door?

Dear Customer, Sorry, it can not hang on the door, only hang on the rod. If you have any question, please feel free to contact us.
