The package was not isolated enough, so the product was broken uponarrival. There was shampoo all over inside the package. Not able to use.

The product took a long time to arrive and arrived broken

This shampoo smells very good, sweet and feminine but it’s a lighter scent that didn’t last long after the shower and wash. So I got no whiffs of the scent throughout the day which in my book is sad. While in the shower the shampoo did lather well, and rinsed out good. The shampoo did leave my hair clean and it felt normal. I had no extra volume but I do have naturally thin, fine, straight hair so that’s typical. I loved the pump on the bottle because it makes showers a lot faster and easier.

Floral scents are generally not my favorite. However, this shampoo had a good scent without being too overpowering. It went in my hair nicely and washed out well.

The scent is not overpowering and smell pleasant. It is very simple to use, no wait time (like some products I had). However, I seem to have more hair falling off after washing. I purposely cleared the drain right before using the shampoo. To my dismay, there seems to have more hair around the drain than in the past. I might try again and see if more gentle lathering will reduce hair falling.
