Effective, gentle, and easy to use
The Medi Grade Large Ear Wax Removal Ear Syringe Kit is a very well-designed and effective solution for safe ear cleaning at home. The 60ml syringe provides strong but controlled water flow, making it easy to flush out excess wax without discomfort. The three quad stream tips are a great addition, offering even water distribution for a more gentle and thorough clean. Everything feels well-made, hygienic, and comfortable to use. The natural approach is reassuring, especially for those who want to avoid harsh treatments or frequent clinic visits.Overall, this kit is simple, effective, and great value. It works exactly as intended and leaves ears feeling clear and comfortable. Highly recommended for regular ear care when used as directed.

Worked for me. I wish I had found it sooner.
I tend to get a blocked ear once a year, maybe twice. In the past I've used Earex or Otex and it clears within a couple of days. But after 2 weeks of no hearing in one of my ears, tried Earex, tried Otex, no change. I was starting to get concerned if it might be more than just a build up of ear wax and maybe even permanent hearing loss. After searching and looking at reviews, I decided to try the 60ml Medi Grade Ear Wax Removal Syringe Kit. I used some white vinegar mixed with warm distilled water, a 50/50 mix. The first syringe full brought out a lot of mostly smaller bits of ear wax, so I filled it a 2nd time and less came out, but still more than I expected. I dried my ear and realised I could actually hear again!!I can only assume that the negative comments are from people that either aren't following the instructions, or maybe have a situation that needs more specialist attention. The instructions state to use ear drops for 2 weeks before using the Medi Grade syringe, to soften the ear wax. You can't just use the Medi Grade syringe and expect it to clear ear wax straight away. Tilt the head 45° downwards in the direction of the ear you are irrigating, so that the wax can be expelled properly. Also, don't use tap water, unless you want to risk getting an ear infection.

Job Done.
Absolutely amazing, I was a bit sceptical at first buying this product but with no choice of paying £60 to get my ears syringed at my local spec savers I bought this. I had been putting olive oil drops in my ear for two weeks previously without any change in my condition of deafness in my left ear. It arrived and I went through the instructions and got to work. What happened next was amazing as I managed to clear the blockage at the 3rd attempt as my ear was really blocked. That was two weeks ago now and my hearing is now back to as normal as it can be. Great product and highly recommend.

Great little product
Been suffering with hardened ear wax for about 2 months now and it was driving me 🤪 but thought I'd give this device a go. I used it four times and only a tiny few flakes came out and thought what a waste of money, (I was hoping for a miracle) but then I thought my earwax is probably too hard for this to remove so I went back onto Amazon and purchased an ear wax removal oil I did what it said and then used the removal device again, this time using more warmer water. And Yesssss it worked. I will have to keep using it a few more times but my hearing is almost back to normal and the wind sounds in my ear has gone, which is a big relief as trying to sleep with the sound of a full force gale blowing in your ear was depriving me of quality sleep,( And I do like my sleep) I'd recommend using an ear wax removal oil first before using this if like me you have a lot of hardened ear wax. Hope this helps and sorry in advance for the yukky pictures of my ear wax.

Simple to use, very effective
I looked at some more expensive options for performing this rather unpleasant job at home, but decided that I'd keep it simple and try this inexpensive option. It worked perfectly first time. (I won't post photos as I think that's pretty disgusting!).Important thing to remember is to loosen/soften the ear wax first using olive oil: Pour a little bit of warm oil into the ear and then "plug" it firmly in place using an oil-soaked cotton pad. Depending on your level of blockage/compaction you might only need to keep the plug in your ear for 2 or 3 hours (that worked for me), although I think you may need to apply/re-apply the plug a few times over a period of days for more stubborn cases.
