I do not recommend it.
No 👎 👎 👎 It smells really bad, it smells like old oil from years ago, it doesn't have a good smell.It didn't help me at all.

Was excited to try the pine needle. Smells like tea tree oil, no pine at all. Waste of money.

Smells Nice, But Didn’t Feel Much “Energy”
I was hoping this would give me a bit of a natural energy boost during the day, but I didn’t really feel much difference after using it. That said, the scent is quite nice—fresh and not overpowering. It’s calming in a way, just not energizing like I expected. I’ll still use it occasionally for the fragrance, but probably wouldn’t repurchase for the “active energy” effect.
