Missing parts and terrible customer service
Bad quality control on the products. Would not recommend buying. One of the bottle caps came without its sealing gasket ring. This made the bottle leak. Coolflask customer service could neither ship me a gasket ring, nor a replacement cap. After several weeks of email exchanges with honestly what felt like a chatbot instead of a human, I was offered a partial refund which wouldn't even cover the cost of ordering gasket rings myself. I'm fed up with the mental hassle of dealing with this company.

bonne qualité et réélement isotherme
La gourde est de bonne qualité, tout comme la housse, j'aurais cependant apprécier que les bouchons et les hanses des bouchons soit en métal plutôt qu'en plastique. Je suis resté une journée complète dehors par 38°C est l'eau est restée à la même température toute la journée. Si vous avez des problèmes d'étanchéité il se peut que le joint du bouchon soit mis à l'envers (rainure visible), personnellement c'était mon cas mais elle ne fuit plus désormais (j'ai mis la face plate visible)

WAY BETTER than an insane Yeti, which I also own by the way. Yes, it’s big, but totally not too heavy and very manageable even when fully filled. Since this is my first gallon sized thermos I was intimidated because of not knowing what to expect, but the beautiful arctic white and awesome extras make this a winner along with the crazy affordable price. I love Cool Flask and thanks for that cute card that gives people motivation to live better. So awesome 🏆
