As good as the technician's setting.
I need my oxygen concentrator to supply1.75L. I set it using this. An a technician later checked it with his meter, and found it spot on. It is difficult to measure low level flow with other models, that go higher. If you're low flow, you need one of these.

Can't say anything in regards to how accurate this is. At the end of the day the sticker stuck to the side of the barrel could easily have been misplaced. Having said that nifty little device. Easy to use. No concerns otherwise. Would buy again.
