Q: how many people can play at once?

If you use the actual board game, there are 8 player pieces. If you choose to just use the question cards, you could play with as many people as you wanted.

Well, it is not literally a question. For example, you roll a dice first and you happened to land on a "pick a card" spot, so you will have to pick a card. Example of a card that you might pick is " I've never fantasized about having a threesome?" Then under it is a rule, IF it is true: you move forward, if it is not true, you have to tell it to everyone. It is really an adult game, and I suggest, you need to play it to people that you are comfortable to play with or else it will be awkward.

Q: what does "all drink" mean. Ive seen questions with "all drink" or "take a drink and all drink"?

"All Drink" means that everyone playing the game has to take a drink including you. "Take a Drink" means that only you have to take a drink.

Q: how many people can play at once?

It comes with 8 pawns. But if theres more than 8, you can always make your own.
