Threads for glass (& other) jars are standardized, these fit other larger glass jars we’ve saved to use to store dry and refrigerated foods. No more layers of plastic wrap under the old, original lids to make a seal! BUT - obviously - only mason jars should be used for putting up food for long term storage.
