What is the correct USB voltage input for this spotlight?

The manual states the ESB charger must be less the 3.5V. No such thing exists as far as I can tell.

I want to know how it is charged?

If you look you can see or if you’re blind someone can look for you USB plain as day and what do you think the solar panels are for? Powering a house? No that is also for charging. That means the sun can charge it if I lost you there

The button next to the 3 blue lights whats it for.?..and will all 3 blue lights stay on when it is fully charged.?

That button next to the 3 blue lights turns off and on and shows you how fully charge is your light. So when you push it on you see 1, 2 or 3 lights on. 3 meaning it's fully charged. Then push the button again to shut it off. No need to keep on all the time.

Is the luminous distance far?

My hand-held spotlight emits a large beam. The irradiation distance is approximately 1,640 feet.
