I bought this cookbook because someone gave me a Comfee Pressure Cooker as a gift. The instruction manual that came with it was extremely vague about how to use it. I was hoping this book would have more in depth instructions since it's supposed to be for beginners. I would like to have seen a chapter on how to use the cooker. I also would have liked to have seen more regular every day recipes. There are some good recipes in this book but a lot of them are too fancy for the average family.

It states that it's a cookbook for beginners, yet there is absolutely no information about cooking with a Comfee pressure cooker. It's just page after page of recipes with absolutely ZERO pictures. There are several pictures of food on the cover so most people might think that there will also be pictures inside the book. We all know that beginners like/need pictures, well apparently everyone except this author. The recipes might be good, I'll never know because I returned the book. I'm looking for an ACTUAL pressure cooker recipe book for beginners that gives information and tricks of the trade, and has recipes with pictures as to what the dish actually looks like. This is NOT that book.

I got this cookbook a few days after getting my pressure cooker and have used about 5 of the recipes so far. Nice assortment of food categories. This is my first pressure cooker and I had no idea what to do, but this book makes cooking in it very easy.

This didn’t give information about this particular instant pot. Other books had better recipes
