Q: Are bristles soft, medium or firm?

They are between medium & firm but on the firmer side. If you are using it for your back, you'll love it. On other parts of the body, it feels like the firmer side comes out.

Q: how long is the handle?

This handle is longer than most! That's why I keep purchasing this over and over again! In my experience thus handle is the longest I have found!

Q: What is the difference between earth therapeutics feng shui blue and green back brushes, are they both soft, medium or firm bristles!

The only difference is the color. I consider the bristles pretty soft.

Q: Listing still says 'ergo' handle. But that is not what is imaged. Does this have the gel handle or not?

The one I received did have a silicone grip.
