Wallet made of excellent sturdy material, is indeed leather, and is leather-scented. A good quality zipper. Plenty of I.D./Credit/Insurance/etc. card slots. Wallet opens wide, has 2 long billfold slots--one for cash (fits U.S. and Euro bills) and the other may serve for receipts. Wallet is not bulky. While researching for wallets, I noted that some people were frustrated with the dimensions of wallets. This seller provided dimensions, so Do Check this out prior to ordering. Everyone's needs are different, and the seller provided accurate dimensions. The wallet is slightly longer than the common american male wallet (note: this is a gender neutral product); but is still well-fitted for a pant pocket. The wallet is shipped from outside U.S., however, do not let this be a deterrent. The product was well-packaged, and an excellent mailing choice was selected by seller. There was a quick delivery, especially considering the recent U.S. ice storms and over-maxed online Christmas deliveries had knocked out U.S. transportation for awhile. I am pleased with this purchase. Update Review April 2015: Wallet still going strong, husband totes it around everywhere. Leather has softened, zipper still good, all flaps /snaps functional. Husband has received some admiring comments. He has adjusted to the size. Whenever this item breaks down, we plan on reordering. UPDATE 08/2016. Husband accidentally left wallet behind at beach, now lost. We are needing to re-order. The billfold was great condition, softened after daily use. Zipper and sewing was strong, no loose threads. Husband misses this wallet, the zipper is unique benefit for him. UPDATE 5/2018 Husband still loves his zipper wallet, buttery smooth leather. If husband loses this 2nd one, I will buy a 3rd.

I normally don't write reviews for small stuff unless it is just awesome, and this wallet is beyond awesome. Nice leather, industrial zipper, 3 different huge areas for cash, to many credit card slots to count and cards slide in and out with ease, very large buttoned area for change or keys and such. 4 open faced plastic high quality mesh pockets for Id's or whatever. And several hidden back pockets. this item came all the way from Germany or the Ukraine, but it was delivered fast considering where it came from to the States. A tiny bit larger than what most Americans would consider for a wallet but not enough to make a difference in your pocket. I have been looking for the perfect wallet for a long time and I have finally found it. On a side note it comes with fake Eros and and little fake cards written in German, gave them to my kids and they loved them (thought that was kinda neat.) Update: It is now 2 years later (03/25/2016) and this wallet is still working like the day I received it, with heavy use. Love this wallet.

I like the wallet's layout, compartments, etc. The security strap securing your cards is a nice feature so they don't fall out inadvertently. Unlike some other wallets this one has numerous individual slots for credit cards eliminating the need to bunch them up. The coin pouch is handy as I don't like to carry coins in my pocket. The zipper works smoothly and the wallet has a nice feel to it. Overall I'm happy with this wallet and would give it a 5 star rating except when fully loaded it's a little hard to close and zip. Over time it may strech to make it easier to close.

The only reason I even came back to look at the product description today is because the little strip of leather that attaches to the metal zipper pull finally came off. After nearly ten years of constant use, that is the only thing that has gone wrong. The wallet itself, the main zipper, and the internal pockets are all still working perfectly. It is honestly amazing how well it has held up over the years. I use this wallet every day and carry it everywhere. Over the last decade, I have looked around at other options just out of curiosity, but I have never found another wallet that I liked as much as this one. The layout is just right for how I organize my cards and cash. I do sometimes wish it came in some different colors or finishes, or even that it came from one of the major, well-known leather companies. But let's be honest, if a big brand name was stamped on this thing, the price would increase ridiculously for no good reason. That is the funny thing about making a truly quality product like this. Unless you are buying them as gifts for friends or family, you will probably never need to buy another one for yourself. It lasts too long for its own good. Too bad Louis Vuitton or any of the other famous designer makers don't make an exact style version of this wallet. They just don't offer this specific layout and functionality. The features on this wallet are exactly what I need, and I absolutely love it. You are definitely not going to impress anyone at a restaurant counter when you pull this out, because it doesn't have a flashy designer name or a luxury logo on it. It looks simple and practical. But if you do not care about showing off brand names to strangers, I highly recommend this all-around zipper tri-fold wallet. It is a durable, dependable piece of gear that gets the job done year after year.

"Best wallet I ever had in my life," says my 73 year old husband. This is the second wallet I bought in line. The first one had lots of room, but the zipper broke and the fake leather started to shred from use. It was hard to get in and out of his pocket. I bought this wallet specifically for travel. I haven't had a leather wallet in decades and this is by far the largest wallet I have ever owned, but I think it should work very well for my purposes. It has two separate bill fold areas for two different currencies and I can stash away some American emergency cash in one of the two inside spaces that zip up in the center of the wallet. I like the fact that it zips all the way around and that there is a snap strip over the most exterior of the credit card slots. Someone wrote that credit cards wouldn't fit in the slots, but I stuck a card in each slot just to try them out and didn't have an issue. And, this wallet has A LOT of credit card slots! Since I'll be traveling in different countries I'll also be carrying several country specific transportation cards as well as necessary credit cards and IDs, but I will still have quite a few unused credit card slots. It's not a small pocket wallet either. By my measurements it's 5" X 4" X 1". I would never use it as an everyday wallet though I think it will work very well as a travel wallet. It all depends on your personal needs/wants. Some folks have commented on problems with glue and loose stitching. The wallet I received appears to be very well made and the exterior zipper is substantial and looks a bit industrial.

Okay. First off, having measured the specimen I received, it doesn't exactly conform to the posted measurements. The one I have measures 5 1/16" x 4 1/16" x ⅞". That being said, it still fits very comfortably in my pocket. Some of the reviews had me on the fence about whether to go for it - some made it sound humongous - but I did, and I'm glad. Yes, it's a touch larger than the average wallet, but by no means a behemoth. It's most certainly not the size of a woman's clutch purse (as I believe I may have read). This thing seems very sturdy and well-made. There is a load of space in this thing (it's "bigger on the inside"), and cards go in and come out with ease. If you travel with more than this thing can handle, what can I say? You probably should carry a purse...or is it a "murse," these days? Glad I went for it. Would definitely recommend.

Nice soft leather and well thought out design. The quality for the money seems pretty good. It fits everything you could ever want to carry in your wallet, however its more the size of a medium sized woman's wallet meant for a purse instead of ones pocket. It does indeed fit in a pocket so it can be carried that way if you wish but does fill up the entire pocket and is very noticeable. If you like a wallet of this size you won't be disappointed.
