Q: Do they sit above the knee and look like short shorts?

They sit slightly above the knee but fully cover the thigh. I am 6'6" and do not feel like I am in short shorts.

Q: Could anybody (who bought size 44) tell me how waist measures in centimeters?

I measured the inside of the waist. 112 cm.

Q: what is the inseam Measurement on the 30" Waist?

I believe all waist sizes are 9 1/2, but each of my legs is size 30, so I'm not positive!

Q: are these docker shorts a slim fit and are the leg openings less than 12 inches?

they are a slim fit and the opening is more than 12 inches. if you lay them flat the messure 11 1/2 clossed.
