2.5" Athletic Shorts for Women Comfy High Waisted Short with Pocket

I absolutely love these athletic shorts! The high waistband is incredibly flattering and provides great tummy support without feeling restrictive. Best of all, it stays in place—no rolling down or constantly adjusting throughout the day. The blue striped pattern gives these shorts a more elevated look that almost reminds me of seersucker, making them cute enough to wear beyond just workouts. The zipper pocket is a huge bonus and is perfect for securely holding small essentials. They fit true to size, and at 5’7”, I think the length is just right—not too short but still flattering. They’re super comfortable, and I’ll definitely be ordering more in other colors!

I love these shorts! I think they run a tiny small. But overall great fit. I have two pairs and going to buy more. I usually buy size small for my bottoms. I bought a small for my first pair and bought a medium for my second. I like the way the medium fits better around the waist and the underwear lining. But the legs tend to be a bit poofy. They are my daily go to shorts for comfort. I love running in them. They have a great big pocket. You can’t see through them. They have a high waist band, which I love. They have built in underwear. They are a really good quality, especially for the price. The color hasn’t faded and I’ve had my first pair for a couple years.

Love these shorts! They fit really well, except the liner. I had to cut the liner a bit so it wasn't too tight on my thighs. Would be nice if they had a right pocket as well. I've got a booty and the length on these are great! Very flattering overall and love the high waist.

These shorts are even cuter in person! I love the red gingham print and the fit is really flattering without feeling too tight. They’re comfortable, lightweight, and perfect for a football game day outfit. I paired them with a simple white bodysuit, sneakers, and a hat and got so many compliments. Such an easy way to look put together while still being comfortable. Definitely a fun game day find!

Baggy! I ordered several new running shorts that would feature a contained pocket to hold my Iphone 16. This pair is well made and has great fabric that wears and washes well. I bought too large, though. I am 5'5", 125 and wear a 6, and a 29 in jeans. I like my running shorts to not tug or squeeze my muffin top. The high waist ( 4" thick elastic band) stops all muffin top - good! The rest of the shorts are voluminous and look like a wide-flared skirt. I had ordered the M in this style and returned...if memory serves, the elastic waist band was too snug. The zippered pocket is good for my phone if walking, but when I run the weight of the phone pulls down on the short. The wide band keeps it in place, but you feel it.

I'm 5'2" with proportionally long legs and no booty and small fit perfect. True to size for me but there is some room for girls with glutes. The waist band is very comfy and super stretchy so I would up if I had a dump truck. All-around, these are great. Perfect hiking shorts. The pocket is just big enough to fit Galaxy 25/iPhone 16 pro max. Note: not easy to get in/out but fits securely and has zipper so pretty perfect for hiking or roller coasters bc its not going anywhere unless I'm going with it. They dry fairly quickly. I'd where these at home, in the garden, on the boat, to the gym, etc. Buying more because I could live in them comfortably

These shorts rock! I may get some more honestly. Wore them for over 12 hrs working a PA gig for Labor Day in the 100 degree heat and they were comfortable, dried fast and held my radio. Plus plus plus!! I have another pair of athletic shorts that get musty after wearing them for a long time and these did not. Highly recommend!! I am 5”11 and 160-165 lbs with athletic wider thighs and butt. They don’t bunch and are still loose and airy. I got a Large cause I don’t like things tight and they are perfect.

These are the best running shorts! They fit great, with a high waist and perfect length. I love the front pocket to hold your phone. I’ve been through sooo many shorts over the years and these are some of my new favorites! I can’t wait to get more colors!

These shorts are very comfortable. I bought these in a medium and they fit, I then bought another pair in medium and they were much smaller. Just realized the first pair I was sent was actually a large. There is a white tag on the inside of the pants (about half way down) this tag will tell you what size you actually have.

I am usually a medium in clothes so being running shorts I bought a large. Not sure what size people these were made for but our Miss 13 couldn't get them on and she is tiny. The product itself seemed fine but as I couldn't get them past my knees I can't give you any other info
