Blackening done right!
Chef Prudholm developed the blackening process and this seasoning does it right! Delicious and not overly hot, just like it should be. Follow his directions in a very hit cast iron skillet and you won't be disappointed.

Great Product a little too much salt
The [product tastes great my wife likes it but TO MUCH salt! Would use more if it did not make the fish to salty! Both Bottles Tops were broken, came in a bag, not boxed so they got crushed and tops were broken and will not seal closes
