if you live north of the mason dixon line you need to take one (D3) everyday. Now is high quality, tested, and at a very fair price.

I use a lot of the NOW Supplements, and am glad that I can purchase them on Amazon. Sometimes the stores are out and it is so convenient to order them and receive them in a couple of days. I usually check for ones I need on Amazon first now due to the convenience. I also have taken NOW supplements for years, and think they have improved my health and have experienced no negative effects from taking them. Highly recommend.

The best thing about these capsules are that they are the perfect size! I always don’t like when the source of gelatin is not mentioned but thankfully it specifies that its bovine.
