Oral I.V. Ultra Concentrate Hydration Fluid 25 ea

We have bought this product several times. My wife, at sixty eight years old plays tennis three or four days a week. In Georgia the summers are HOT. She will take the concentrate straight, without diluting it, before her match and she feels it helps her.

I've not done a test like the YouTube video, but I've been having a lot of trouble staying hydrated and I added one of these a day at work and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

It's amazing how this little tube of liquid can help with (pre)-cramping and aid with hydrating your muscles with existing hydration. Throughout my Spartan races I squeeze one of these bad boys when feeling exhausted and like a snap of the fingers I'm back and focused. It truly does work.

Used several for our reenacting group during weekend in LA forest. Seemed to work well and help prevent further problems.

Not worth the money. You can get the same results (which seem limited) from Pedialyte. With the latter at least you are drinking a glass of water as well
