Great winch does what I need

Great winch pulled a 3000kg transit up ramps onto my 7.5 ton beavertail transporter with ease, the synthetic rope is much lighter and easier to handle than traditional cable

Have eventually managed to fit and all I have is a click when trying to use from the little black box. I have emailed the company and have had no reply

brilliant winch for the money iv used it to pull my trailer, big logs ,cars, the jobs are endless with this. good it has the remotes you have to press the on button and hold till the light comes on honestly cant fault it just wish i had bought it sooner if your thinking about getting a winch go for this one
