How do I go about getting a dough hook replacement?

I am a purchaser of this product from Amazon so I don’t have a specific answer for you but to say that they are sold on Amazon as well. If something is wrong with your product it’s self you will have to contact KitchenAid.

Does it work with 220 av or is it only for us standar 110 av?

It's only 110 av but if you have the adapter I'm sure it would work fine.
