Lovely ring and great customer service
The ring I ordered was too small. It was a really lovely ring though, so was disappointed It didn’t fit on thumb. I contacted the sellers asking for refund. They were very quick to respond and offered all options eg exchange for bigger ring or full refund. I went for the refund option and they very kindly then said i could keep the ring and give to someone else who may benefit from it whilst still giving me a full refund. It’s a lovely ring and I shall pass it to someone I know you has smaller fingers and who has arthritis.

Excellent ring for the price
Quality was excellent, but I did return this item. I guess I was expecting everything like the expensive ones out there but at a lower cost. This is an excellent product if you just want a magnetic ring that’s why I gave it a 5.
