Very impressed
Edit 9/26/17: It's been a year and a half since we bought these and every single one of the 37 bulbs we bought are still going strong! No burn outs yet! :)So far, I am in love with these lights. We bought a new house that had 65w incandescent lighting fixtures in every room of the house. Most rooms had 4 lights each, but some had 6. 6 x 65 w = 390 watts. These are 11 w each, so that reduces power consumption to 66 watts, or nearly 1/6th the power. While installing them, I did one room where I left 2 of the original incandescent lights, 2 of these, and I bought 2 Sylvania CFL 2700k bulbs so I could do an A/B/C comparison. The CFLs were by far the ugliest. Despite their claim to be 2700k they had an odd pinkish glow compared to the other two. These Feit bulbs were VERY similar to the original 65 watt bulbs, but I can honestly say that side by side, you can see a difference. A soon as I took the other two styles of bulbs out of the mix and did a room of all of these, you'd never know they aren't incandescent bulbs. Still, the claim of a 90+ CRI score might be a little ambitious but they're certainly no worse than any other LED light I've seen. They generate far less heat, use up far less electricity, and have instant on brightness, as compared to the CFLs which take a few seconds to reach maximum brightness. On circuits with a regular on/off switch, there is absolutely no hum or noise at all. On circuits with a dimmer, there is a very slight hum that you can only hear when there is total silence but otherwise they dim as expected. Normal ambient noise easily covers up the hum, so I consider it a non-issue.I obviously cannot comment on longevity as I just installed them, but I can say I replaced 37 lights in my house and none were DOA when I installed them. I will come back and update this review if have anything meaningful to report if any start to die.

Feit the power! All the benefits of low-energy lighting without any shortfalls
These light bulbs are almost unbelievably good. All of the benefits of low-energy lighting without any of the shortfalls. The 2700k color temperature looks just like an incandescent bulb only using 80% less electricity. I used these for recessed lights. They are instant-on, as bright or brighter than 65W incandescent flood lights using only 13W. You'd never know they were LED unless someone told you.I saw some reviews which said they were not fully dimmable but did not have that experience myself. I was able to dim them with both new and old rotary dimmers (from long before there were LED bulbs on the market) and could dim them so low that you couldn't even see a light spot on the floor in a darkened basement or illuminate the inside of the recessed light can, you'd just see a faint glow if you are looking directly at the bulb. I can't see why anyone would want to dim that low but they will do it, you just have to turn the dial more slowly when they get low. If you crank it quickly they will go out.I saw reviews for other products where people complained about buzzing but these make no noise either.

Well worth the extra $!
Using these to replace what seems like 1000 flood lights in the house we just purchased. Color is a nice warm and very similar to normal flood lights which is nice.We have these on a dimmer switch and they work just fine with that set up. One note: even on the dimmest setting these are much brighter than the incandescent lights that are dimmed. It's fine for us but just know you won't get them as dim as standard lights. The best part is the power usage (or lack thereof). SOOOO much less $ than the 65W lights and will save us a ton once we replace them all!

They were fine.
They worked like a flood light.

Lighting/Color is fine, but the buzzing/humming was way too much for me. I started with what I thought was an LED compatible dimmer, then decided to spend $30 on the latest Lutron LED designed dimmer switch. The buzzing didn't get any better, so I have to assume it is the bulbs. I notice noises more than most people I know, so this may not be a deal breaker for most. But if rattles in your car or traffic in your backyard bother you, don't buy these if you plan to dim (I didn't try without a dimmer switch, but other reviews indicate there is no buzzing when not on a dimmer).

A step up from CFL bulbs
Energy savings and reasonably warm light. I have used CFL bulbs for years, and although they worked well, they do tend to light slowly, especially after being in use for a while. These come to full brightness instantly, which is a benefit over CFLs. I do notice a very slight hum from them, but I have to focus on it to notice. I have 2 of these in cans a powder room and the noise isn't readily noticeable. I haven't tried dimming these yet, so I cannot comment about that. The only fixtures containing these in my home are non-dimming switched. I hope to have better luck dimming these than I have had with dimmable CFL bulbs. As my CFL bulbs go out I am replacing them with these; a process that will likely take several years. But my expectation is that I will never have to replace these, given their projected longevity. These are also friendlier for the environment, since they don't contain mercury.

Excellent LED lights
These are the most affordable dimmerable BR 30 LED lights I could find on the market. They produce warm light (2700 K) and are suitable for bedrooms and living room. I've seen other lights having a slight green tone when dimmed but not so for these. I have purchased 20 of them over the last few months and slowly replaced the incandescent lights I had. All of them work perfectly out of the box (no dead on arrival instances). At 11.5W, they are not the most efficient LED light bulbs on the market but they are compatible with my various old (incandescent/halogen) dimmer switches (no buzzing, etc.) throughout the house. So consider this as a cost saving factor. This is why I kept going back to this lights. Overall, I highly recommend them.
