Awesome product and awesome company that stands behind there stuff.
First of all, I use Pacino's products and never have had a problem with them. They do what they say what they will do and more compared to other manufacturers. I ordered my beard pen as I always do, but this one particular time when I got it used it, it only worked right with the first application and went dry. Before any of you jump to conclusions, I did put the cap back on it and I always keep it in the box upright. I sent Pacinos a message regarding my experience and how displeased I was and I want you to know they immediately responded and sent me out a new beard pen and it works great. Great customer service. I will continue to use their products and you need to as well. Thank you Pacinos for caring about your customers ๐๐

It goes once you wash it the pencil is very dry barely puts any shage or lines on your beard not worth even a dollar
