This is my second set. First installed the black set back in '23. I recently decided to redo my bathroom and redesign it. Ordered a gold set thinking I could just swap out the finish trim. Everything was good until I tried to install the trim over the valve. Turns out the newer sets come with a round hole instead of a square opening like the older sets. I reached to they're customer service via email and they were able to send me a cover with square opening. Fit like a glove. Thank you Lumina at Sr Sunrise.

I was skeptical at the time of purchase since it was not a "name brand" shower, but I love this shower. The pressure is great, and it looks fabulous. I plan on ordering another in a different color soon for my guest bathroom renovation. Highly recommend!

Easy to install. I decided to use pro press copper and install anti hammer as seen. This feels like quality product. I will update this as I get further thru the installation. I wanted pro press mainly to ensure Max water volume. I did buy the iglee press on Amazon as well. To give you some insight it took me about five hrs to install this

The shower arm was missing a piece. I reached out to the manufacturer and they were prompt, professional and i received my missing piece in two days! Excellent service! On top of that, the shower head looks beautiful and very good quality. Very happy with my purchase.

I ordered this shower head and sprayer and was missing the holder in the box for the sprayer. I contacted vendor and within 3 days I had the piece sent to me in the mail. In my book, that is customer service. Shower piece is absolutely beautiful. Thanks Sun Rise.
