Excellent at a great price
I got this because it is supposed to help with nerve damage/pain etc. I've had two back surgeries and about half of my right leg has been numb for many years. So I decided to give this a try. It was cheap so I gave it a shot. I'm happy to say, it's helped a great deal. I've regained quite a bit of feeling in my leg. It's not all the way there, but a lot better! Hopefully in more time it will continue to improve. I think it will.

Great way to start the day!!
A friend recommended this to me and I take it every morning when I start my day and it gives me such a wonderful overall feeling. I love this stuff and would recommend it to everyone. Several months later, I’m adding this: I ran out for about three weeks and was feeling so bad and could not figure out why I felt bad. When I got my ALA And started taking it again I was back to feeling good. Then I realized that when I was without it, I felt bad but when I took it, I just feel so good. when we started talking about it my girlfriend and I had the same problem, She ran out too.
