Not bad-- a little goes a long way
I used this product many years ago, when I first began trying Stevia, actually (2003), so it is entirely possible that the formula has changed. It is a mixture of stevia and xylitol, and far more flavorful than xylitol by itself. In certain things, I don't even need a full packet!I recently ordered this as I wanted to switch from just xylitol to something more stevia based, and also to be sure that the xylitol was from birch trees rather than corn. I don't know the accuracy of that for this product, but it came up during my search, and being made in Brazil, it does at least seem less likely to be something GMO'd.Seriously, go easy with the stuff, as it is so sweet that it can taste bitter if too much (typical of stevia). For my coffee (herbal or decaf or regular), I still tend to use xylitol, as the 2 "bitters" don't mesh well---unless you have a bunch of other stuff that is not all that healthy in your coffee, or unless it is more latte than coffee.I love to sprinkle this lightly over salads with lemon juice as an easy dressing, or over brown rice with flax oil and himalayan pink salt for a slightly sweet side dish.

No bitter taste! Perfect in tea or coffee
I was so happy to find this STEVITA product. One little packet is good divided between several beverages. A little goes a long way. This has THE best & most consistent flavor of any of the stevia products I had tried. I keep a Snack size zip lock in my purse with several of the with me- just in case. That said: I am very careful to limit the 'sweet' flavor that triggers insulin production in the pancreas. I eat very consciously and love a nutrient-dense diet. 'Pink' packets & 'Blue' packets are not good choices for a sweetener as you probably know.I am experimenting with new ways to use STEVITA in baking, using coco & almond flour recipes. No gluten, HFCS, etc.It is very economical to bake with as well. Enjoy!

He says it’s the most natural tasting and does a good job at sweetening
This is the only sweetener with Stevia that my husband likes and will use all the time. He says it’s the most natural tasting and does a good job at sweetening. I just wish it was still sold in bulk containers and not just in little packets. It makes it more expensive this way

The Only Stevia
This stevia with xylitol is the only one I’ve tried that does not have a bitter stevia aftertaste. Xylitol is supposedly beneficial to your teeth, too.

Good sugar substitute
Great substitute for sugar without all the side effects of other subs (splenda and nutrisweet). It is natural not man made. You do have to watch the xylitol (which is a sugar alcohol) they use it in this as an flow agent. Some people are more sensitive to this and although not harmful and give you some bloating. I have tried a lot of stevia brands and so far I like this best for flavor and ease of use. It is not good for baking items that need to rise, like cakes, though.
